Methodology

Lara blends traditional and experiential approaches to create transformative and holistic growth and learning experiences. Her approach fosters authentic self-awareness and team cohesion in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

Lara uses strengths-based assessments to help teams and individuals understand and harness their inherent talents and nature-based wellness practices to unlock greater clarity and internal strength.

This includes Horse Powered Insight®, an experiential process that uses the natural intuition of horses to help teams and individuals build skills, make decisions with confidence, and chart a pathway toward achieving their goals.

By integrating these elements, Lara guides clients toward both personal and professional fulfilment, helping them align their actions with their deepest values and aspirations.

  • I researched and interviewed over 17 coaches and chose to commit to work with Lara. I love having a thinking partner and my only regret is not unlocking the power of a great coach earlier on in my career.
